Properties for Rent

If you are interested in renting any of our properties, please fill out the Renter's Application here.

Prospective tenants will need to provide the following:

• completed and signed application for any prospective tenant 18 or older.
• copy of photo ID, such as CA Driver’s License or Identification Card
• copy of Social Security Card
• copy of last pay check stub or any income, such as food stamps or other government assistance.
• $30 credit check fee for any prospective tenant, 18 or older
